Unlike swinging or rolling gates, VertiGate lifts and folds as a parallelogram, thus allowing installation in almost any terrain, be it canted or sloped. It allows entry design configurations not possible with previous systems. Our design obviates the dedication of expensive real estate to swing or roll requirements and eliminates track-jumping problems common with rolling gates. There isn't a "clearance zone" from which weeds or snow must be removed.
Opening fully in just 9 seconds, VertiGate won't slow you down. And since it consumes a miserly 36 watts, our gate will easily run hundreds of cycles on a single charge. So when the AC or the sun takes a holiday, your gate keeps right on working.
Operating mechanisms are completely concealed in the operator column. Unlike traditional systems, no dangerous arms, chains, sprockets or other unsightly mechanisms are exposed.
VertiGate's fail-safe design will never hinder gate operation in an emergency. Our patented manual release latch and perfectly counterbalanced mechanism allow the gate to be readily opened by hand during any fault condition.
